All of our used saddles come with a 5-day trial period that begins the day they are delivered to you. We strongly advise that you use this time to get your new saddle checked by a brand’s qualified fitter.
Prior to being sent out on trial, all saddles must be fully paid for. The saddles are then sent out with a next working day courier which is fully tracked and insured.
Within the five-day trial period, you must inform us if you do not want to keep the saddle. If you don’t, we’ll consider the saddle sold and won’t accept it back.
The buyer is responsible for the saddle’s return postage costs. You are welcome to use your own courier service, or we can arrange this for you. The use of a properly tracked and insured service is highly advised.
Within five days following the conclusion of your trial, we ask that you return the saddles to us. A saddle won’t be taken back if it is damaged while it is being trialed. There will be no reimbursement.
